trade and wholesale.

To set up your wholesale or trade account, register with us by filling out our form with all information asked, here on the Wholesale Page. Upon registration, we will analyse your request and within 48 hours you will receive confirmation of access to our wholesale and trade prices.

Freight quote will be calculated once any wholesale or trade order has been placed. If you would like a shipping quote before placing an order through our website, please email us at admin@watertiger.com.au.

Trade is 15% off retail prices and are applied to stylist, interiors designers and property developers.

Yes, in order to receive the trade or wholesale discount on an item, a minimum order of $500 inc GST must be placed.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 Australia wide! This excludes furniture and fragile items. If your order includes either of these products please select 'QUOTE' as your delivery method and we will let you know what the delivery cost of your order will be.

Yes, we do! As shipping cost will vary depending on distance and goods` weight, we kindly ask you to send us an email through our Contact Us page with a list of what products you are interested in and your delivery address before placing an order. We will get back to you with a quote as soon as we receive your inquiry. If you decide to go ahead with your purchase, a shipping quote will be added to your invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, your order will be packed and sent.

Our products are hand crafted and in many cases are one off and/or antique pieces.

As such, no two items are ever identical and some have imperfections. If an item is deemed to be unsuitable, too big or too small we will not refund the monetary value of the goods. If the goods are unfit for sale, a refund or exchange may be offered at the discretion of Water Tiger management.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods being returned appear to have been damaged due to improper use. This does not affect your statutory rights.
