Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Watertiger. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Watertiger shipping

We offer shipping Australia wide. Our prices are calculated at checkout or later if address is not in a capital city .

Please note shipping cost is based on direct access, ground floor delivery ONLY. Further charges will apply 

Customers based in NT,WA,SA,TAS We will be in touch with shipping details and costs.

 

For orders outside of Australia we will provide a quote for international shipping depending on the size and weight of your order items.

Processing

Orders should be processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the contact information you provided when placing the order.

Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and where possible will contain tracking number(s).

Damages

Watertiger is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

If ordering internationally, Watertiger is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
