This is a large antique Indonesian Marriage chest which dates to the second half of the19th century.
Made of solid mixed woods it is quite substantial and spacious and could serve a variety of purposes in any home.A great sideboard, also a great storage chest
The chest is rectangular and is set on wheels which are discreetly hidden behind decorative painted panels. The chest has heavy iron locks but the key has been lost somewhere in time.
